TELUS Increases Stake in TELUS Digital via Market Purchases

TELUS Corporation, through a wholly owned subsidiary, purchased 2,593,631 subordinate voting shares of TELUS International (Cda) Inc. ("TELUS Digital") on the Toronto Stock Exchange at an average price of C$4.90, representing a total additional investment of C$12.7 million. The purchases increased TELUS' subordinate voting stake by ~2.35 percentage points (to ~5.99% subordinate voting shares) and raised its overall ownership to approximately 57.7%; TELUS said the purchases reflect confidence in TELUS Digital's long-term growth and were made for investment purposes.

TELUS International to Acquire WillowTree

TELUS International has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire WillowTree, a full-service digital product provider, for an enterprise value of US$1.225 billion (inclusive of US$210 million of assumed debt). The deal is expected to close in January 2023, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, with Insignia Capital Group selling its majority stake.

TELUS to Acquire LifeWorks Inc.

TELUS entered into a binding arrangement agreement to acquire all outstanding common shares of LifeWorks Inc. for total consideration of approximately C$2.9 billion (including net debt). The deal is being implemented via a court-approved plan of arrangement and requires LifeWorks shareholder approval, regulatory approvals, and other customary closing conditions.

DigitalBridge to Acquire Telenet's Mobile Telecommunications Tower Business in Belgium

DigitalBridge Investments, LLC (an affiliate of DigitalBridge Group) has agreed to acquire Telenet Group Holding NV’s mobile telecommunications tower business (“TowerCo”) for €745 million (cash-free, debt-free). The deal will create Belgium’s first independent TowerCo, giving DigitalBridge ownership of 100% of Telenet’s tower and passive infrastructure assets, with 3,322 sites nationwide.

TELUS Digital Acquires Gerent, Salesforce-focused Consultancy

The Gerent brand will be retired by the end of Q3 2025 and its services and personnel will be integrated into TELUS Digital to drive cross-sell opportunities and enhance CX automation offerings.

Telarus Acquires Comtel Communications
