The Tendit Group has acquired Denver-based CAM Services, a provider of exterior facility maintenance including snow removal, power sweeping, power washing, fencing and electrical services. The deal expands Tendit Group's service capabilities and local footprint in Colorado as part of a buy-and-build strategy supported by investor Osceola Capital.
