Tern has acquired Lucia, a workforce platform that provides vetted CoPilots and support services for travel advisors. Lucia’s team will join Tern and founder Grace Van Hollebeke will become Head of Marketing and Services as Tern integrates Lucia’s hands-on support into its advisor platform to improve onboarding, automation, and ongoing advisor services.
