The Cohesive Companies, a business unit of Bentley Systems, has acquired Ontracks Consulting, a North American implementer of IBM Maximo headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta. The acquisition strengthens The Cohesive Companies' Maximo and enterprise asset management capabilities and expands its capacity to deliver digital-twin and IoT-enabled asset management solutions for asset-intensive industries.
