The JF Petroleum Group, a MidOcean Partners portfolio company, acquired Dykstra Construction, a Plant City, Florida-based contractor specializing in commercial and convenience store construction and petroleum equipment installation and repair. The add-on strengthens JF Petroleum Group's Southeast and Gulf Coast capabilities by adding turnkey construction and fuel-system services to its retail and commercial offerings.
