The Marygold Companies, Inc. (TMC) entered into a stock purchase agreement to sell its wholly owned Canadian subsidiary Brigadier Security Systems Ltd. to SKCAL LLC for an estimated total consideration of approximately US$2.2 million. The transaction is expected to close on or about July 1, 2025, subject to customary conditions.
