The Riverside Company has acquired Door and Window Guard Systems, Inc. (DAWGS) from NextGen Growth Partners, marking an exit for NGP’s Fund II. DAWGS, a Chicago-based provider of steel door and window guards and vacant property security services, will join Riverside’s portfolio as it looks to support further growth and geographic expansion.
