The SEER Group acquired Boise-based K-F Electric and Veterans Plumbing and will integrate both businesses into its Boise-based platform, Western Heating and Air. The transactions expand SEER's service capabilities across electrical, plumbing and HVAC in the Treasure Valley and support succession planning for the founders.
