The Stepping Stones Group, a national provider of therapeutic, behavioral and autism services and a portfolio company of Five Arrows Capital Partners, has acquired STAR of CA, a California-based provider of home-, school- and community-based ABA and mental health services. STAR of CA will operate as a subsidiary and Doug Moes, Co‑Founder and CEO of STAR of CA, will lead The Stepping Stones Group's Autism Division while continuing to run STAR of CA. The deal expands The Stepping Stones Group's autism services footprint in California and supports its broader growth strategy.
