The Vistria Group Takes Majority Stake in Curi Capital (RIA)

Curi Capital, a Chicago-based registered investment adviser, announced a strategic investment from The Vistria Group in which Vistria will become an ownership partner and take a majority ownership interest upon closing. The capital is intended to support technology upgrades, talent recruitment and training, client experience enhancements, and additional RIA acquisitions to expand in existing and new markets.
