Thoma Bravo completed its acquisition of Dayforce, Inc., a global human capital management (HCM) software provider, for approximately US$12.3 billion. The transaction was previously announced on August 21, 2025, approved by Dayforce stockholders on November 12, 2025, and results in Dayforce becoming a private company with its common stock delisted from the NYSE and Toronto Stock Exchange.
