Thrive, a U.S.-based provider of managed cybersecurity and digital transformation services, has acquired Custard Technical Services, a Nottingham-based UK IT support and managed services firm. The deal expands Thrive’s UK footprint and brings Custard’s managed services, disaster recovery, and IT security capabilities into Thrive’s NextGen portfolio to serve small- and mid-sized enterprises across the East Midlands and surrounding markets.
