Thrive, a global technology outsourcing provider for cybersecurity, cloud, and IT managed services, announced the acquisition of Safety Net, a Michigan-based IT services firm. The deal is intended to expand Thrive’s Midwest presence and give Safety Net’s customers access to Thrive’s 24x7x365 global SOC and hybrid cloud resources.
