TITAN Group Acquires Vracs de L'Estuaire Cementitious Business in Le Havre, France

TITAN Group has completed the acquisition of Vracs de L'Estuaire, adding a port-based clinker grinding plant at Le Havre with an annual grinding capacity of 0.6 million tonnes. The deal expands TITAN's footprint in northern France and supports its TITAN Forward 2029 strategy to scale alternative cementitious materials and lower-carbon building solutions.

Titan America to Acquire Keystone Cement Company for $310 Million

Titan America SA’s subsidiary, Titan America, has entered into an agreement to acquire Keystone Cement Company, a Pennsylvania-based cement manufacturer and aggregates producer, for $310 million (subject to post-closing adjustments). The deal is expected to expand Titan America’s Mid-Atlantic footprint and drive operating and commercial synergies through integration with Titan America’s existing Essex Cement and Roanoke Cement operations, as well as fly ash processing assets. Closing is subject to regulatory approval and customary conditions.

Molins and TITAN Acquire 80% of Baupartner

Molins and TITAN have signed an agreement to jointly acquire 80% of Baupartner, a precast concrete and steel structure solutions provider in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the remaining 20% retained by the founding shareholders led by Eldin Hadžibegović. The companies have formed a joint venture to accelerate growth of Baupartner’s precast solutions business across Southeastern Europe, with closing expected by the end of the third quarter subject to customary legal procedures.

Canlak Coatings Acquires Ceramic Industrial Coatings (Ceram-Traz)

Canlak Coatings Inc., a portfolio company of SK Capital Partners, has acquired Ceram-Traz Corporation d.b.a. Ceramic Industrial Coatings to expand its North American wood coatings footprint and CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers) capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed; Ceram-Traz's president Rob Laubscher will continue as U.S. Managing Director to support integration and U.S. operations.

Alimak Group AB Acquires Tractel from Cinven for ~€500m

Alimak Group AB has agreed to acquire Tractel, a Luxembourg-headquartered specialist in working-at-height safety solutions and services, from private equity firm Cinven for an enterprise value of approximately €500 million. The deal combines Alimak’s vertical access business with Tractel’s product and service portfolio to create a larger global provider of height-safety and access solutions, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
