Title Resources Group Acquires Doma Holdings

Title Resources Group (TRG) has acquired Doma Holdings, Inc., taking Doma private and making Doma Title Insurance (DTI) a wholly owned subsidiary of TRG. Doma’s technology arm (renamed Doma Technology LLC) will operate as a separately capitalized sister company majority‑owned by Centerbridge Partners, with Hudson Structured Capital Management holding a significant stake and LENX (Lennar’s investment arm) becoming a minority owner in TRG.
