Integrity Marketing Group Acquires PHP Agency from Ambina Partners

Integrity Marketing Group has agreed to acquire PHP Agency, a tech-enabled field marketing organization (FMO) headquartered in Addison, Texas. Patrick Bet-David, PHP's founder and CEO, will become a Managing Partner at Integrity; Ambina Partners sold its interests in PHP. Financial terms were not disclosed.

CTI Group Acquires Silverchip

CTI Group, an LDC-backed digital transformation group headquartered in Manchester, has acquired mobile app and bespoke software agency Silverchip. The acquisition adds mobile app expertise to CTI’s full-service offering and is CTI’s first deal since securing a £25m investment from PE firm LDC, supporting the group’s acquisitive growth strategy.

Lightcast Acquires Simply, UK Workforce Analytics Firm

Lumine Group to Acquire Titanium Software Holdings Inc

Pivotal Growth Acquires CLS Money and Agrees to Acquire Simply Lending

Pivotal Growth Limited (part of the Pivotal group) has completed the acquisition of CLS Money Limited and entered into an agreement to acquire Simply Lending Solutions Limited, subject to customary closing conditions. The deals expand Pivotal’s specialist mortgage advisory capability in the UK, bringing together firms with a technology-led approach and a combined revenue base of more than £10 million and a combined workforce of over 100 colleagues.

Phenom Acquires Tandemploy

Phenom acquired Berlin-based HR tech company Tandemploy to enhance its AI-powered Talent Experience Management (TXM) platform and add internal mobility and talent-matching capabilities. The deal establishes a second German office for Phenom and expands its European footprint while transitioning Tandemploy's team, including its co-founders, into Phenom.
