TokenEx and IXOPAY Merge to Create IXOPAY, a TokenEx Company

TokenEx, a cloud tokenization provider based in Tulsa, and IXOPAY, a Vienna-based payments orchestration platform, have entered a definitive agreement to merge and form a combined company called IXOPAY, a TokenEx Company. The deal brings together tokenization and payments orchestration capabilities to offer merchants omnichannel tokenization, intelligent routing, and card lifecycle management while expanding IXOPAY's reach into the U.S. market. Marc Olesen will lead the combined organization as CEO, with Rene and Nathalie Siegl remaining in executive roles.
