TopSide Marinas Acquires Beavers Bend Marina and Galveston Yacht Basin

Texas-based TopSide Marinas, backed by Miramar Equity Partners and TRT Holdings, acquired Beavers Bend Marina on Broken Bow Lake (Broken Bow, Oklahoma) and Galveston Yacht Basin (Galveston, Texas). The deals are part of TopSide’s platform build since its January 2020 founding and expand the company’s marina and hospitality footprint along key recreational waterways.
