Total Safety U.S., Inc., a portfolio company of Littlejohn & Co., has acquired Dooley Tackaberry, Inc., a Deer Park, Texas-based designer, fabricator and distributor of fire detection, suppression systems and safety equipment. The transaction closed May 7, 2025, and Dooley will be combined with Total Safety's Industrial Fire and Safety Division to expand capabilities and access to refining, petrochemical and other industrial customers.
