The Pacific Underwriters team will continue operating from their Seattle location as part of Brown & Brown's National Programs segment, strengthening the firm's capabilities in public-utility program management and dental practitioner insurance across the Pacific Northwest. The sellers were shareholders Diane M. Darling, Randall R. Flem and Richard C. Rodruck.
