Secur-Serv, the security-first managed services division of Scantron Corporation (backed by Transom Capital Group), has completed the acquisition of Btech, a Pasadena, California-based managed IT services provider focused on credit unions and other financial institutions. The deal expands Secur-Serv's managed services footprint and financial-institution expertise, adding on-site device management, 24/7 server support and public cloud management capabilities to its service portfolio.
