Tripledot Studios announced it will acquire AppLovin’s mobile games studio portfolio for approximately $800 million. The half-cash, half-equity deal would make AppLovin a minority shareholder in Tripledot Studios and expand Tripledot’s studio footprint across the United States and Asia, subject to regulatory approvals.
