Trive Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, has acquired Valor Healthcare, Inc. from Concentra Health Services. Valor operates more than 35 VA community-based outpatient clinics providing primary care, behavioral health and telehealth services to veterans; Trive said it will provide capital and resources to support the company's continued growth and expansion.
