TriWest Capital Partners led an equity financing of over CAD 80 million in A Parent Media Co. Inc. (APMC), the owner of Kidoodle.TV, valuing the company at more than CAD 600 million. As part of the transaction TriWest Managing Director Jon Spencer joined APMC's board to support the company's next phase of growth and product expansion focused on safe streaming for children.
