Tyto Athene Acquires MindPoint Group

Tyto Athene, an Arlington Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired MindPoint Group, a provider of end-to-end managed cybersecurity services to U.S. federal agencies. The deal closed on June 30, 2024; MindPoint's president, Patti Chanthaphone, will lead Tyto's Federal Civilian Group to expand the company's cyber capabilities and federal civilian/law enforcement footprint.
