U.S. Bank Completes Acquisition of PFM Asset Management

U.S. Bank, through its subsidiary U.S. Bancorp Asset Management, closed on its acquisition of PFM Asset Management LLC (PFMAM). PFMAM will continue to operate as a separate registered investment advisor, adding more than 250 employees and expanding U.S. Bank’s national institutional investment solutions, particularly in the public sector.
