U.S. Foot & Ankle Specialists (USFAS), a portfolio company of NMS Capital, acquired Indian Valley Podiatry Associates (two clinics in Pennsylvania) and Advanced Foot & Ankle Center PA (three clinics in Delaware). The acquisitions expand USFAS' regional presence and integrate the practices into its podiatric services platform, providing administrative, IT, billing, and clinical compliance support.
