Uniguest (Atlantic Street Capital) Acquires Otrum AS

Uniguest, a digital engagement platform backed by Atlantic Street Capital, has acquired Otrum AS, an Oslo-based provider of interactive TV and digital signage solutions for the hospitality industry. The add-on expands Uniguest's IPTV and digital signage capabilities internationally; Otrum's CEO Stein Surlien will remain with the combined business and 7 Mile Advisors acted as buyside advisor to Uniguest and Atlantic Street Capital.
