United Energy LNG and Power LNG announced a strategic merger to create a scalable small-scale LNG platform serving industrial, power, and transport markets across North America. The combined entity (United Energy LNG) will immediately oversee three LNG production sites in development in Texas, Kansas, and the Gulf Coast, with modular projects designed to deliver faster and more cost-effective LNG to domestic users.
