Universal Engineering Sciences Acquires GEOServices, LLC

Universal Engineering Sciences (UES) has acquired GEOServices, LLC, a Knoxville-based geotechnical engineering, materials testing and environmental services firm, to expand UES's footprint in Tennessee and the broader South. The GEOServices management and technical staff will remain with the business; the deal is noted as the ninth investment associated with Palm Beach Capital and UES leadership.
