Upchurch Services, LLC, a Broadwing Capital-backed platform, has acquired Weldon Services, a Dallas/Fort Worth-area mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) contractor. The add-on deal, closed September 12, 2024 and announced by Kratos Capital, gives Upchurch an immediate foothold in the Dallas/Fort Worth MSA and expands its MEP service capabilities.
