Urban Life Solutions Inc. (ULS) announced the combination and merger of Forest Ridge Landscaping Inc. into its Canadian-based operations. The transaction expands ULS’s outdoor maintenance and snow & ice management footprint in the Greater Toronto Area, with Signal Hill Equity Partners providing financing for the deal.
