PGW Auto Glass, a One Equity Partners–backed distributor of automotive replacement glass, has acquired AutoglassCRM, a provider of VIN decoding services and point-of-sale software for automotive glass installers. The acquisition is being rolled into PGW's new Everything Autoglass offering to expand its digital tools and shop-management capabilities for installers.

One Equity Partners (OEP) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PGW Auto Glass, the largest independent distributor of aftermarket auto glass in North America, from a subsidiary of LKQ Corporation. OEP will partner with PGW management, led by Todd Fencak as CEO, to establish PGW as an independent, standalone business and invest to accelerate growth across its distribution network of 113 facilities and ~900 employees.

The transaction, effective May 30, 2025, was an exit by West Edge Partners; terms were not disclosed. PGW — a portfolio company of One Equity Partners — said the deal expands its geographic presence and integrates Dakotaland into PGW’s distribution, installation and Everything Autoglass technology platform.
