Rhino Tool House, a value-added distributor headquartered in Concord, North Carolina and backed by Blue Sea Capital, has acquired Power Tools & Supply, Inc., a Walled Lake, Michigan-based distributor of assembly tools and material handling solutions. The acquisition expands Rhino Tool House's presence in Michigan and Northern Ohio and increases local service capabilities for automotive and automation integration customers.
