AM Conservation, a subsidiary of Franklin Energy, has acquired Evolve Technologies, a Scottsdale-based developer and manufacturer of patented water- and energy-saving shower technologies. The acquisition expands Franklin Energy and AM Conservation’s product portfolio and capability to scale water- and energy-conservation solutions through utility channels and other clients.
