Conclusion Acquires Portuguese IT talent firm Neotalent from Novabase

Dutch IT services and business transformation firm Conclusion has agreed to acquire Neotalent, a leading Portuguese IT talent and nearshore engineering services provider, from investment company Novabase. The deal (subject to customary conditions and Portuguese competition approval) brings over 800 specialists into Conclusion to strengthen its nearshore capacity for customers in the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
