Yellowtail, part of the Conclusion ecosystem, has acquired Davinci Consulting from Ohpen to combine Yellowtail's fintech software capabilities with Davinci's consulting expertise in mortgages, notarial services and real estate. Davinci will continue to operate under its own brand and will be headquartered in Yellowtail's Naarden offices as the combined business aims to accelerate innovation across the housing, lending and living domain.
