Multiplied Marketing Communications LLC announced the acquisition of Multiplied LLC, a San Francisco–based blockchain marketing communications and PR agency, from co-founders Nancy Li and Hector Espinoza for an undisclosed sum. The buyer — Ben Noble (a former partner and director of PR at Multiplied) — plans to expand the agency’s services to include public relations, brand development and other offerings targeted at the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.

Plimsoll Productions Acquires Magnify Media
