IBM to Acquire NS1

IBM has announced plans to acquire NS1, a New York–headquartered provider of network automation SaaS solutions, to strengthen its hybrid multicloud and network automation offerings. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2023; financial terms were not disclosed and NetBox Labs will be separated from NS1 with IBM taking an investment stake in NetBox Labs.
