DeSHAZO Acquires Integrated Machinery Solutions (IMS)

DeSHAZO, a family-owned manufacturer of overhead cranes and material handling equipment, has acquired Integrated Machinery Solutions (IMS) of Azle, Texas. IMS will operate as a separate business unit under its current management, expanding DeSHAZO's manufacturing, service and automation capabilities and enabling faster response to service and parts requests.

RE3DTECH + GoProto Acquires Phoenix Proto Technologies

The acquisition expands RE3DTECH's in-house injection molding capabilities, enabling a broader offering from prototyping through production for customers in medical, aerospace & defense, consumer and industrial end markets.

ArtiFlex Manufacturing Acquires Hercules Machine Tool & Die

ArtiFlex Manufacturing, LLC has completed the acquisition of Hercules Machine Tool & Die, LLC (a subsidiary of Enprotech / ITOCHU Corporation). Hercules will continue operating from its Warren and Fraser, Michigan locations and will become a wholly‑owned subsidiary of ArtiFlex, expanding ArtiFlex’s tooling, automation and low‑volume manufacturing capabilities for automotive OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers. Angle Advisors acted as exclusive M&A advisor to ITOCHU Corporation on the transaction.

ProMach Acquires Pharmaworks
