Simplicity Group Acquires Marketing Financial

Simplicity Group has acquired Marketing Financial, a Springfield, Missouri-based full-service wholesaling and brokerage firm led by Alan Lockhart, who joins Simplicity as a partner. The deal brings Marketing Financial into Simplicity’s partnership network and provides the firm access to Simplicity’s product bench, operational support and marketing resources to expand distribution of life insurance, annuities and related products.
