Priestly Demolition Inc. completed a majority acquisition of Windsor-based Jones Group Ltd., combining the two firms to pursue larger demolition, abatement and remediation projects across Canada and the United States. Jones Group’s leadership will continue to work with Priestly to expand capabilities and geographic reach while integrating equipment, technical and operational resources.

Insight Venture Partners Acquires PDI (Professional Datasolutions, Inc.)

Harvest Partners' non-control SCF vehicle also invested to support the transaction while existing investors Genstar Capital and TA Associates retained minority stakes; proceeds will be used to accelerate PDI's global growth, product innovation and strategic add-on activity.

The transaction broadens Pritchard’s exterior services capability and expands its geographic footprint (including entry into Pennsylvania), strengthening the platform’s presence in the Northeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic.
