TMA Systems, a Tulsa-based developer of CMMS and EAM solutions, has acquired Maxpanda, a Winnipeg-based cloud CMMS provider that serves small-to-medium businesses. The deal — TMA's third acquisition since its 2021 investment from Silversmith Capital Partners — expands TMA's SaaS maintenance-management capabilities and strengthens its SMB go-to-market coverage.
