TMA Systems, a Tulsa-based provider of CMMS/EAM solutions backed by Silversmith Capital Partners, has acquired Virtual Facility, an AI-driven alarm intelligence SaaS company headquartered in New York City. The add-on expands TMA's proactive and predictive maintenance capabilities by integrating alarm data from BAS, monitoring, and IoT systems into TMA's WebTMA MEX and EQ2 HEMS platforms to automate work orders and reduce nuisance alarms.
