First Washington Realty (FWR) announced that an affiliate has acquired Donahue Schriber Realty Group (DSRG) from institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives, closing on March 31. The deal combines two leading private open‑air retail platforms and expands FWR’s portfolio to more than 150 neighborhood and community shopping centers (over 20 million square feet) across the United States.

Sentinel Capital Partners Acquires American West Restaurant Group
