Dakota Fence of Fargo, North Dakota has acquired Town & Country Fence, a Brooklyn Park, Minnesota-based fencing contractor, from Oxbow Industries, LLC. Oxbow, a middle-market private equity firm, sold its portfolio company as Dakota Fence expands its footprint in the Twin Cities market; Oxbow retains an ownership interest in MN Fence Supply.
