Enlitic Acquires LAITEK to Expand Medical Imaging Data Capabilities

Enlitic, an AI-driven healthcare company, has acquired LAITEK, a medical imaging data migration and PACS services provider. The deal — funded in part by a A$22.5m equity raise — is intended to combine Enlitic’s data-standardisation AI with LAITEK’s migration expertise to improve clinical workflows, archived-data utility and accelerate development of AI-powered imaging tools.
