Crossplane Capital Invests in Kaemark

Dallas-based private equity firm Crossplane Capital has made an equity investment in Kaemark, partnering with Kaemark executives Jeff Owen and Ben Peterson to support the company's growth. Kaemark, headquartered in Giddings, Texas, is a turnkey designer and manufacturer of millwork, seating and equipment for salons, spas, medical and veterinary markets; Crossplane said it will help increase Kaemark's design, production and installation capacity and efficiency.
