Ground Control will join Cerberus Sentinel's portfolio with President Ryan Greyslak named vice president, managed services; financial terms were not disclosed.

BTG Positioning Systems has acquired US-based GPR, Inc., gaining exclusive access to GPR's patented ground-penetrating radar positioning technology to strengthen BTG's port automation product suite. The acquisition accelerates development of a new Ground Sensing Localisation (GSL) solution (target launch 2026) enabling highly accurate, GPS-independent positioning for cranes, autonomous vehicles and other port equipment.
