Kaseya, the Miami-based provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, has acquired INKY, an AI-driven email security provider focused on MSPs and SMBs. The acquisition brings INKY's generative-AI email protection into Kaseya's platform (including Kaseya 365 User) to strengthen email security capabilities and threat detection across Kaseya's MSP customer base.

Cyber Guru Acquires Mantra

Italian cybersecurity awareness platform Cyber Guru has acquired Paris-based Mantra, integrating Mantra's automated and chat-enabled security awareness training into Cyber Guru's AI-driven platform. The deal combines both companies' machine-learning engines, expands Cyber Guru's European footprint (notably France), and brings Mantra's team and co-founders into Cyber Guru's leadership to accelerate product R&D and regional growth.

GroupBy Inc. Acquires Edgecase

The acquisition integrates Edgecase’s product data intelligence into GroupBy’s Searchandiser platform to create an end-to-end site search and merchandising solution; terms were not disclosed.

Accenture Acquires Morphus

Accenture has acquired Morphus, a Brazil-based cyber defense, risk management and threat intelligence services provider, expanding Accenture’s cybersecurity capabilities and footprint in Brazil and across Latin America. Morphus — founded in 2003 and headquartered in Fortaleza with offices in Recife, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Santiago — brings a research lab and more than 230 security professionals; financial terms were not disclosed.

TPG and Insight Partners Invest $500M+ in Kaseya

Kaseya has completed an investment round of more than $500 million led by TPG (including TPG Growth, TPG Tech Adjacencies and TPG Sixth Street Partners) alongside existing investor Insight Partners to accelerate product R&D, strategic acquisitions and international expansion. The growth investment values Kaseya at approximately $1.75 billion and will be used to fuel further M&A, expand global reach, and accelerate development of the Kaseya IT Complete platform.

Varonis Systems Acquires SlashNext

Varonis Systems has acquired SlashNext to add AI-native email and multi-channel phishing detection to its data security platform. The deal integrates SlashNext's predictive AI models for phishing and social engineering into Varonis's data- and identity-centric threat detection and MDDR services to broaden protection across email and collaboration channels and expand Varonis's total addressable market.
